Thank you to the Omaha Burke Football Team for "giving back" this past Christmas by donating your time and effort at the Open Door Mission. You helped serve over 1500 families and more than 5000 children who would not have had a Christmas without this help. Way to go - you made a HUGE difference!

I enjoyed checking in on the Black and Gold and enjoyed seeing some of our accomplishments from the 79-81 seasons still reside in the record book.

Talk about one dedicated team, and coaches. I have never seen this kind of team anywhere, and when i say "this kind of team" i mean you guys know how to put on a great game. The coaches for the bulldog team are the best of the best, you bulldogs keep each other in line and lets show omaha and this state what you guys are capible of doing this season and the more seasons to come. BULLDOGS!!!!!

good luck this season, dawgs... burke football has always prided itself on being the hardest workers and the most hard-nosed players around... keep up the tradition and good things will happen! and remember... go dawgs!

First I would like to note how nice this website is - both in design and content.

Second, I would like to commend the Burke Football coaches and players for setting high standards for your play in the game and behavior off the field. I especially enjoyed reading about the program philosophy and how it is expected to be applied on the field, in the classroom and everywhere in general. E/T!

Keep up the good work and good luck this season!
