What is our philosophy?
I. Basic Philosophy of the program:
To teach players the necesary tools needed in life to be successful through the game of football. As coaches, we will work to help every member of the program improve academic and athletic skills, develop pride, improve their work ethic, and promote a friendly and safe environment in which we will all work together.
II. Basic Philosophy of Football:
If football is a game worth playing: it is worth playing well, and it cannot be played well unless it is played hard.

Our goal is to continue to develop and maintain a culture of winning in everthing we do:
A. Physical Effort- Refers to all out effort in everything we do. In football, all out effort from the start of a play (drill) to the end of a play (drill).
B. Mental Effort- Refers to being mentally prepared in every aspect of our lives. In football, mental effort is being mentally prepared and focused in practice and in games.
A. Refers to having the strength to do the right thing. B. Refers to physical and mental discipline and work ethic. C. Refers to hard attacking hitters. D. Refers to being RESILIENT. Having the ability and motivation to bounce back in the face of adversity.
Our culture is based on physical and mental effort along with extreme physical toughness in practice and in games. Anything less then that by our football team is WRONG!!
